Dr. Theresa A Osmer D.C.

Dr. Osmer received her Doctor of Chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences near Chicago, Illinois in 2012. In order to provide the most up to date and effective healing strategies to her patients, Dr. Osmer is always learning and has completed several post doctoral trainings including:

Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP) through FMU

Perinatal + Webster Certification through the ICPA. She is currently working towards her CACCP.

Mercier Therapy Certification to provide the Shared Journey Fertility Program

Dr. Osmer’s treatment style is strongly based in restoring health by utilizing non-invasive therapies, such as nutritional counseling, vitamin and mineral supplementation, various myofascial release techniques, and chiropractic manipulation. FLOW Chiropractic was developed out of a passion to bring this knowledge and skill set to the people of West Michigan and in 2016, FLOW Chiropractic was born. Dr. Osmer wholeheartedly believes in “Doctor as teacher” and that education can empower people to live optimally.

Outside of FLOW, Dr. Osmer is heavily involved in her community. She is a board member for the Junior League of Grand Rapids as well as for the Golden Retriever Rescue of Michigan. You can find her and her husband with their two Golden Retrievers, Roubaix-Salsa & Buddy-Waffles, exploring Michigan and beyond as they have a strong case of the wanderlust but are also happy to be relaxing together at home! As the oldest of 5 sisters, Dr. Osmer also deeply values time with her family which includes 2 nieces and 2 nephews whom she absolutely adores!
